Updated Hours and New Curbside Drop Off
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, our doors are closed and locked but we have added a drop box. Toni is answering the phone and accepting drop offs of hearing devices only from those who have called and confirmed. Once you have arrived in the parking lot, you must place an additional phone call to Toni to let her know you have arrived.
In addition to dropping off hearing devices, you may also pick-up batteries and supplies. Our phone hours are as follows: M-Th: 9am-4pm and F: 9am-12pm. Check back periodically for updates. For the safety of patients and staff, we are currently not seeing patients in the office.
We are committed to providing hearing aid services and supplies to you. If you have any questions or are experiencing any difficulty with your hearing aids, please contact us by telephone. There will be staff available to answer any questions.
Please do not drop off hearing devices without confirming. We are not monitoring drop off box unless confirmed. West Coast Hearing Clinic takes no responsibility to lost or damaged hearing devices that are dropped off without confirmation
